H1N1 Vaccination Clinics H1N1 Flu Shots

The Chicago Department of Public Health will be sponsoring walk-in immunization clinis for Chicagoans who are included in the high priority groups defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

  • Pregnant women
  • Household contacts and caregivers of children younger than 6 months of age
  • Health care and emergency medical service personnel
  • Children and young adults ages 6 months through 24 years
  • Persons aged 25-64 years who have medical conditions which put them at high risk for complications from influenza
