The Chicago Dept of Public Health will be offering free Swine Flu vaccine, both injectable and nasal mist form, for the next month at the City Colleges (Truman for Uptown folks, and Westside Tech for Chinatown folks) on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will not be offering the regular seasonal flu vaccine on these days.

CMAAs 2009 Summer Literacy Program, known as “Read, Learn, Go!”, began last Friday, June 19^th, and will continue until Saturday, August 22^nd. This program meets on Fridays and Saturdays every week and features activities such as reading, writing, craft making, and field trips to local museums, parks, and libraries for parents and their children. The program accepts children from 1^st through 6^th grade.
