This year's Summer Energy LIHEAP program was one of the BEST years ever at Chinese Mutual Aid Association. We appreciate you stopping in Chinese Mutual Aid Association to apply for this program. It will benefit so many of you who needed assistance with your summer cooling costs. Keep checking this website for updated information regarding our winter energy assistance program. We would like to help you again with winter heating costs. Be sure to also tell your friends to stop in at Chinese Mutual Aid and complete the application when the time comes for the winter heating assitance program. Community Care Program (CCP) is supported and administered by Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA). It provides in-home and community-based services to eligible Illinois seniors aged sixty (60) or over.

"食品券"的申請資格於 4/12/2010 起將有重大的改變。如果您家庭的收入在貧窮指數 130% 以內 (原標準 125%)，也就是一人$1174、二人$1579、三人$1984、四人$2389、五人$2794..."總資產"將不再列入資格的考慮。如果是合格的家庭收入標準在貧窮指數 200% 內，亦符合申請資格。請大家盡快告訴大家。如需詳情、請盡快與華人互助會聯絡及預約申請。

今年自三月十八日至四月十九日期間，華人互助會將設立人口普查授權協助中心。

如果您需要協助填寫您的人口普查表，或是您沒有收到人口普查表，歡迎來華人互助會尋求人口普查工作人員Anna Dong的協助。她將會很樂意協助您解決您的對人口普查所提出的相關問題。同時我們也備有英文、西班牙文、俄文、中文、韓文、以及越南文的人口普查表。

Anna將在每星期一至星期五下午3點至5點30分，以及每星期六上午10點至中午12點30分，在華人互助會幫助有需要的民眾。

美國憲法規定每十年舉辦一次人口普查，記錄居住在美國領土上之人數。

Between March 18th to April 19th, Chinese Mutual Aid Association will host an Authorized Census Questionnaire Assistance Center.
