Shyby is the APEX Administrative Coordinator and is responsible for updating client records in the database, ensuring accurate information is available for reporting and analysis. She  prepares and uploads monthly reports to various government organizations that fund the program for monitoring and assessing program performance, following specific reporting conventions and maintaining data accuracy.

Shyby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from University of Calicut, India. She began her career as a Lecturer, teaching Electronics to engineering students. Her next role was as a Marketing Lead in Sharp Business Solutions.She was excited when she got an opportunity to take on an Engineering Apprentice role at BPCL, a major refinery in India, where she could pursue her passion for the engineering field. After completing her Apprenticeship, Shyby accepted a contract role as a Project Engineer for a major expansion project in the refinery. She successfully led the project through its completion. Later she moved to the US and was a stay-at-home mom until she joined CMAA. In her free time, she enjoys painting, gardening, and long walks with friends.

Fun fact: She loves to travel and enjoys painting her favorite destinations from each journey, adding them to her collection.
